Q1: Why 64GB ≈ approx.58GB?

As we all know, it is known that the computer memory is calculated as 1GB = 1024MB. while other devices: 1GB = 1000MB

Q2: Is there an indicator light when recording?

Red light blinks when recording (factory default), but can be turned off. Please feel free to record 🙂

Q3:The computer doesn’t recognize my recorder?

✔️Use a paperclip to poke the reset button on the right side of the machine

✔️Use the included data cable to connect to the computer (USB 2.0), because some data cables can only be charged

✔️Check whether the USB DISK identifier appears on my computer. Click “USB Disk Identifier” at the bottom right corner of the desktop – [Open Devices and Printers] – [Devices] – right click [HS USB FlashDisk] – [Delete Device] and connect to the computer again

✔️Try to connect other ports or another computer to rule out computer driver abnormalities

✔️Specifically, for Mac users: please try to replace the adapter. If it still can’t be solved, please let us know
